The news this morning

I woke up to find out that Osama bin Laden is "dead".

I don't think it doesn't matter that Osama is dead…if that's even true.  There are so many who are ready to take his place.  Thousands to individuals who are looking for an excuse to rise up against the United States again.

Was it worth the thousands of military personnel killed in retaliation of 9/11 and the thousands of civilians throughout Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan?

For me- it wasn't and I'm sickened by some of the messages on facebook from people I thought I knew.

Example- "Yay, Christians win!" ,  "That SOB is dead", "Was never a fan of the president but he did good"

How I want to scream and yell at these people, those I call family and friend but I can't.  It is there opinion and I have learned to respect others opinions.

If anyone is reading this and agrees with what I'm saying, read the book "See no evil" by Robert Baer.  I just finished it.  He is a former CIA officer who worked for 25 years in Middle East and the Caucasus.  He story is chilling.  The path America is really frightening and has really made me questions coming back.
